"When you get bids for a construction project, you can usually expect: one high bid baked in arrogance, a low bid baked in idealism, and if you’re lucky, a realistic bid from a calm, open-minded partner. The latter option is always the best value in the long run.
With CRM, we found ourselves well-connected through BuilderTrend online project management tool timeline, cost and convenience as we are living in the construction, including half of the time we were working home as well. CRM not only does quality work but also kept us well-informed as the inevitable changes came up. In the end, we collaborated on issues real-time and we believe the results are better because of it.
